This species was introduced in the 1920’s as a hybrid species. They are a cross between an Austalorp and a White Leghorn. This is a dual purposed bird that is a good white egg layer, laying an abundance of 250 plus eggs per year. Heavy weight and can be used for meat production as well. They are mostly white with small black flecks throughout their plumage. Calm docile bird. Hens have quite the attitude and can be obnoxiously broody! This breed of fowl is not APA recognized.
